At Aurélien, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original Aurélien box and include the completed return form to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
